Heroes Convention!
Table info and private signings
Heroes Convention is practically Skottie’s hometown convention and we are SOOOO looking forward to joining the INCREDIBLE list of creators again this year in lovely downtown Charlotte, NC June 14, 15 and 16! The OG Stupid Fresh Mess team of John and Megan will be there too! Here is everything you’ll need to know about the table and our private signings for retailers with over 100 books to sign.
Skottie will be at his table all three days. His approximate schedule will be:
Friday 2-5pm
Saturday 1030am-3pm
Sunday 1-5pm
Please note, that times are subject to change. We always have signage at our table when you can expect us back if we’ve had to step away. Find us at tables 15-17 (the red circle) in Artist Alley!
We’ll have Skottie’s creator owned books, many of our exclusive covers, SFM hats, and UnOriginal Art prints (some NEW and yet to be released!). Skottie is not sketching or taking commissions at conventions but we will have some original art!
Raw signatures are $10 each. Anything you buy at the table from us includes a signature!
Graded signatures are $30 each.
CGC will be at Heroes this year and offering ON-SITE grading which is really exciting. That means you get to take home your graded book with you and save on shipping fees! You can get more information on their website here.
We kindly ask that you do not go live or record for WhatNot, Ebay Live, etc.
We ask that you have your books prepped BEFORE you hit the table. That way you can spend your time talking to Skottie and not fumbling with bags and boards. And, it’s just polite to everyone behind you in line so that we can keep it moving. In the same respect, we ask that you move away from the table to put your books back inside bags. You can do this at open tables, usually several near us at eating areas, but not in front of our neighbors tables.
Thank you for understanding that Skottie does not sign homage covers or remarks that have edited or painted over his cover art.

RETAILER PRIVATE SIGNING TIMES
We have set aside some time for retailers with more than 100 books to sign like we’ve done for the last few conventions. Based on inquiries, these spots will fill quickly and are first come first serve.
To reserve a spot, email Megan with with your 1st and 2nd choice time blocks.

Please be on time. We can not hold your spot.
All books must be prepped and OUT of bags and boards BEFORE your signing time starts. You will need to put your books back inside of bags in a different area.
Signing room is closed to public and only open during your assigned time.
ONE transaction per signing time (we will not run multiple cards and different book counts)
Skottie will be signing in black Sharpie. Any color beyond that is his choice.
Allotted times are all we have available and are first come first serve basis. You are always welcome at Skottie’s table on the convention floor when he is signing. A good rule of thumb is up to 50 books at a time. That can change based on the length of line.

Yes but now what if you were like his #1 fan and you weren’t a retailer or anything like that but you did have a lot of his books that you would like for him to sign? I mean how would I go about getting a signing time for him? Thanks for your help!
Were you planning a WhatNot at the con? I can't make it to NC. Have fun at the con - most important rule. lol
