The proverbial last meal question. What is yours?
In some ways this is super easy to answer. But also impossible.
The easy answer is PIZZA! The impossible part of the equation is trying to figure out where I’d want the pizza from?
Do I try to reconnect with the child in me and order a pan pizza from Pizza Hut? While it’s mostly gross now, if I could find a place that still used the actual pizza ovens and cast iron pans and it actually was cooked and not rolled through a heater on a conveyer belt, I’d probably choose that.
Do I pick Pequod’s? That’s my current favorite pizza from back in Chicago. I mean, the caramelized cheese around the edge, where the crust meets the cast iron pan, is worth leaving this earth on.
Or do I pick the Chef’s Special from Chicago’s Pizza. I mean, that was our meal at least 3 nights a week while Casey and I lived in Chicago through our 20’s. The crumbled sausage and pepperoni was just sooooo good.
Ugh. See, it’s impossible. For now, I’ll just say pizza and hope that I have quite some time before needing to answer the question of where it comes from.

Where In The World Is Skottie?
The folks at Adobe asked Skottie to be a featured headliner and speak at the Max Creativity Conference this year, and we are SO STOKED for him to be involved with this incredible event. Some other cool people headlining include Tilda Swinton, Kenan Thompson, Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, Young Thug, and over 400 more across a ton of creative fields. Last year they had something like over 300,000 people attend this virtual event. And it’s absolutely free you guys. When I was a kid I remember actually sitting in a Pizza hut, playing Pac Man, and stuffing my face with pan pizza. Like a lot of places from my child hood, ( other than Casa Ole and Pancho's) Pizza Hut just is not good anymore. My buddy has The Me You Love in the Dark on his pull (we're live in the same house) and I'm gonna let it get a few issue in before I fall in lo.. I mean read it. I'm kind of a read and issue or 2 then get the trade type of person. My wife loves collecting covers though so we got boxes and boxes of single issues. We all however will collect as many of your covers as we can. Alright l'm done rambling now 😂, have an awesome day.
Pizza is always a good choice for a last meal, unless it's bad pizza. I remember when the McDonald's near where I grew up had pizza and I it was good too. Nowadays we stick to a few local favorites.
Any future plans for collaborations coming up? Saw you on Ryan Stegman's stream earlier this week and got me thinking about that.
