You’ve got Megan here today and you know what that means. I’m about to give you some drop deets! I can’t remember a time in my five years with Skottie when this place was such a hive of activity. Everyone is pulling their weight prepping for conventions this summer. John is working to get ahead of all the BIG MARVEL covers about to flood this place while keeping up with day to day order fulfillment. I’m working behind the scenes on some EPIC level announcements and trying to organize a warehouse sale. Our part timers, Kaleigh and CJ keep the supplies stocked and prepped and the machine rolling. Skottie just finished writing an entire series that is going to make you guys SO happy and then jumped right into plotting a different one. He’s still doing covers every single week and we know this because at least once a day he cracks himself up with his own brilliance and we all rush in to see what he’s done now. He just finished inking Predator vs. Black Panther #1 and you guys… I can’t even. And now, here’s the drop.
How are we supposed to handle all this awesomeness without our heads exploding? Great covers, great compendium, great teases…AND the first original cover art sale in a year?!? Looks like it’s shaping up to be an epic year for Skottie, the Stupid Fresh Mess crew and, of course, us fans. Thanks for the update and an exciting start to the weekend!
WHOA! Awesomeness overload with everything you just dropped Megan and I'm loving it! Can't wait to grab the Scrooge cover, I Hate Fairyland Compendium, Ain't No Grave #2 and the TMNT stickers! Plus, very much looking forward to the reveal of the TMNT cover! And then original art on top of that?!?! It's too much! But man, I love that Santa Gert + Spawn cover!
Also, love the tid bit of info about the Gert plate! I thought it looked familiar and it's awesome to see it come back in print form. Especially for those who haven't seen it!
