Hey Skottie! Yeah I’m acting like we know each other. Anyways my LCBS guy just told me that the Amazing Spider-man 611 cover with Deadpool was your first cover. Is that true?

Nope, that's not right. that cover was closer to 10 years into my career. i had done MANY MANY MANY covers by then. My first published cover was in like 200/2001 for DIGITAL WEBBING PRESNETS #2. Comic anthony published the owner of a message board we all frequented back in the day.

Wow!! I've always loved those Star Wars covers and even own the Star Wars variant cover comic. Will definitely have to look at grabbing this!

I still unfortunately have not started reading Strange Academy....I know! I promise I'll get around to it!

This is the absolute first time I've ever heard the term dookie rope and it is not at all what I would've expected lol. I've always loved how into hip hop and rap Skottie is but man to get a dookie rope in 6th grade? Even in Fairbury, IL SOMEBODY would've had to respect the drip! I absolutely cannot wait to see the dookie rope with the SY logo hanging off of it! I'm sure he'll be ecstatic!

You aren’t the only one just introduced to the term Dookie Rope. Don’t say we never taught you anything!

Just wondering, is there a character you haven't drawn cover wise yet that you'd like to and do you have a favorite character that is your favorite to draw? Love your art and we try and collect any of your work that we can. Have an awesome day!
